One of my dear friend's little girl turned one a couple weeks ago. They celebrated last weekend during their family's reunion in Illinois. When she came to me with this "Let's Get Loud" theme all I could think about was Jennifer Lopez's song. I couldn't get it out of my head. My friend's daughter loves music and playing instruments so they wanted to incorporate that into her party.

Teacher Subway Art

I struggled with what to get my daughter's teacher for an end of the year gift. I spoke with my sister who is a teacher and she said they never get enough thanks or hear about what they have given to the children. She said she likes to receive the praise. So that's when I came up with this idea. I just thought of all the things that came to mind when I thought of Ms. Penny and put them down in a modern, creative way.

Recent projects

I'm a little behind in my posting so I thought I would share a few things I have been working on. 

I'm very excited to be planning my cousin's wedding. It will be March of next year. This was one of the Save the Date ideas but we actually ended up going with another design. Stay tuned for wedding updates.
